Requirements:
As per Victorian code of practice for the operation of a boarding facility, all cats are required to have their F3 vaccination up to date.
We do request proof of the current and previous year vaccination certificates prior to check-in. Please email to info@ringwoodeastvetcare.com.au
Please give us a call to discuss boarding and determine if your cat is up-to-date with the required vaccinations.
Annual booster vaccinations should be completed at least 2 weeks prior to check in. Vaccination certificates must be presented prior to check-in with the date and vaccine clearly visible.
My Cattery Melbourne is a flea free environment and we would like to maintain that. Therefore, if fleas are found on your cat, we will advise you of this, however; if we cannot contact you, treatment will be applied and the fee will be charged to your account.
All cats must arrive in cat carriers.

Check-outs after 12pm will be charged an extra night fee.
Discounts apply for multiple cats, if sharing a suite.
Minimum 7 nights stay apply during Christmas/ New Year, Easter and School holidays.
Public Holiday surcharge of $12 per cat.
Our rates include Royal Canin Veterinary dry food, all bedding, food/ water bowls, a scratching post and a play toy. Any personal belongings can be brought in at the time of admission.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking- which will be taken off the final price at the end of your cats stay.

Saturday- 9:00am to 11:30am

At My Cattery Melbourne we serve Royal Canin Neutered Satiety Balance dry food.
We like to ensure that your cat is fed similar to what they would at home, so we ask that you provide us with information about their eating habits at admission.
If you feed your cat a specific diet that we do not have, we ask that you provide their food, along with wet food – if your cat currently eats wet food at home. We can provide wet food for your cat. The cost is $2.75 per pouch.
